Divine Hope Rescue sponsors and mentors a sports team in Uganda. We encourage all participants in the games to live a better life through Christ. Divine Hope Rescue also uses the sports events as an outreach opportunity for the surrounding villages to tell them about Christ.
Driving the Faith
Our main objective with this ministry is spread salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord throughout the nation. Through time invested in one on one and mentorships, Divine Hope Rescue is seeing many young men come to Christ

Our next objective is to have fun! Football (Soccer) is the most popular sport in the country so its a perfect avenue to reach the community at large
Overcoming the World
In Uganda there are many challenges that are similar to the United States. There is a huge pressure for underage drinking, illegal drug use, and teenage pregnancy. Due to these issues, we spend a lot of time with these young men praying, sharing the word of God, encouraging, and speaking in very real ways about how they can overcome the pressures of this world.
