Children Sponsorship

We sponsor children who are orphaned or come from single parent families. Many of these students have been out of school for several years due to the inability to afford tuition fees. Without financial support, education remands out of reach for these children.

Schooling

We are dedicated to providing quality education for these students. Our ministry invests time in researching and selecting the best schools, with the Chief Officer personally touring and interviewing each institution. All students attend boarding schools, where they receive accommodation and meals. Additionally, they are taught English, as we recognize it as a vital key to their success.

By Providing financial support for their education, you offer them the opportunity to break the cycle of poverty and unlock a world of possibilities. With your help, they can build a brighter future for themselves, their families, and their communities. They will also experience God's love, not only through your generosity but also at one of the amazing faith-based boarding schools you help send them to. Sponsoring a child is not just an investment in their future, but a way to make a lasting impact on the world, one child at a time.

Why

Sponsorships

Secondary Students (13-19)

In Uganda, all schools, whether goverment-run or private, require tuitions fees. Each school year consists of three terms (similar to trimesters), with a cost of $250 per term, totaling $750 per year. Of this amount, $50 goes toward travel, accommodation, and administrative costs for the Divine Hope Rescue staff, who monitor, visit, and check on the students throughout the school year.

Little Ones (5-12)

The little ones program is new to our organization. We were noticing little ones in the remote village who were unschooled. Right now this program is for day school ONLY. Each school year consists of three terms (similar to trimesters), with the cost of $45 per term, totaling $135 per year. We are proud to use Joy Day School in Aboket, Uganda which is where the DHR headquarters are located.
